Mangekyo Sharingan Combo(Left eye)~Sacrifice to Shinigami

Description: This requires three Mangekyo Sharingan users surround an opponent and focus their time manipulation powers from their bloodline at the same target. The left eye used in this jutsu will turn time forward, while the right eye would turn time back. This is the left eye. Such a large concentration of this time manipulation launches time so far ahead that the opponent and 3 feet around him is cast into the future where we no longer exist and the Shinigami has returned us to the void. This jutsu will thrust the opponent into the age of the void where nothing exists any longer and all is dead. This has a 3 foot radius around the opponent and this jutsu can always be spotted because all life ends suddenly. A large black blank spot where the earth, life, even the air stops and no longer exists. The void will remain there and after every 10 years or so will eventually consume 3 more feet returning it to the void as well. That is why this jutsu is forbidden.

!!! here are the rules and stipulations to all these moves (they are all similiar in many ways) IF binding move is used on opponent that is of remote higher strength, breaking free is easy. IF armor or any move of remote protection is used, if opponent has higher strength then yours, breaks it easy. IF you are using an illusionary move agianst opponent of higher intellegence, they can see through the guise. NOW for all that was listed above, if you have double to that of your opponent on anything that I covered above, it is like, almost sure to work, like, if your strength is double your opponents on binding move, they are stuck for as long as move states, and so on and so forth.

EACH JUTSU TAKES 7 DAYS TO LEARN!

Byakugan
Type: Taijutsu
Description: This jutsu is activated in the eyes, much like the Sharingan. Sharingan actually developed from Byakugan. This jutsu allows the user's vision to become 360 degrees. The user is able to see fully around them, and all their surroundings. Byakugan also has the ability to see objects, and view the inner coil system of a person's body, and in advanced cases, the Chakra Holes. Using this, the user can attack the inner organs of a person, and do high amounts of damage.

Doton Doryuuheki
Type: Ninjutsu; Earth Type
Description: A jutsu which when performed, allows the user to spew mud from their mouth, which grows into a large wall or hard earthen material. This wall is able to block most other jutsus, and its extremely durable. (MUST HAVE WATER AND SAND PRESENT TO FORM)

Doton Shinjuu Zanshu no Jutsu
Type: Ninjutsu; Earth Type
Description: The user hides beneath the ground, and reaches up to grab their opponent. The opponent is then pulled under the ground, up to their chin, allowing the head to be subject to move powerful jutsu.

Doton Tsuiga no Jutsu
Type: Ninjutsu: Earth Type Summoning
Description: Summons a variety of Nin-Dogs(Ninja Dogs), that burst from the ground - and take hold of the opponents body. The opponent becomes unable to move, and is then open for larger scale jutsu. These dogs can be summoned one at a time, and used for smaller jobs.

Furou Fushi no Jutsu
Type: Ninjutsu
Description: A jutsu that grants the user the ability to project his soul into the world, anchoring the spirit. The user can then find a new body, take control of it - and once again become young. It is a reincarnation spell.

Henge no Jutsu
Type: Genjutsu
Description: An illusionary jutsu that gives the user the appearance of another person or object. A commonly used skill for assassinating someone.

HiJutsu, Makyou HyouShou
Type: Ninjutsu
Description: Using this special jutsu, the user creates a prison of mirrors made from ice, around his opponent. The mirrors allow the user to transport between them at high speeds, or reflect themselves into all the mirrors. It is nearly impossible to see the users movement between mirrors, so there is no danger of being hit. The speed of the user also makes it near impossible to dodge the attacks. (MUST HAVE WATER PRESENT TO FORM INTO ICE)

Juujuin Bunshin
Type: Ninjutsu (Beast/Human Effect)
Description: Used in combination with an animal partner. Chakra is used to reform the animal into an exact replica of the human - or vice versa, with the human becoming an animal. A lose of power in the transformed body - will cause a revert into the original self.

Kage Bunshin no Jutsu
Type: Ninjutsu
Description: A forbidden jutsu, that creates clones - which are not just plain illusions (like the normal bunshin no jutsu). Each clone is an exact replica of user, capable of attacking. A direct hit causes the clone to disappear.

Kage Buyou
Type: Taijutsu
Description: A technique that attaches the user to the opponents shadow, leaving the opponent vulnerable to stronger attacks.

Kage Shuriken no Jutsu
Type: Taijutsu
Description: A technique which places a second shuriken in the shadow of a first (thrown) shuriken, confusing the enemy.

Kagemane no Jutsu
Type: Ninjutsu
Description: Allows the user to control their own shadow, changing it to any shape they wish, and extending/shortening it inside a certain radius. When the shadow contacts the opponents shadow, it combines the two, making the opponent do anything the user does. The shadow can also latch onto multiple targets Yet, the jutsu has a time limit.

Kanashibari no Jutsu

Description: Causes an opponent to loose their sense of movement. Stops the opponent, leaving an opening for more powerful jutsu to be performed.

Kawarimi no Jutsu
Type: Ninjutsu
Description: A common jutsu - used to quickly replace a body with a close by object. Creates confusing among the opponent(s) - creating a chance to escape, or return with a larger strike. Useful for avoiding attacks, and hiding from potential enemies.

Kikai Bunshin no Jutsue

Description: Creates an exact copy of the user, using the bugs stored within the body.

Kirigakure no Jutsu
Type: Ninjutsu
Description: A highly effective cover technique. Blankets an area in a thick fog, confusing the senses of the enemy. (MAKES MIST FOR OTHER MOVE USE, MIST COUNTS FOR WATER AS WELL, PULL WATER FROM MIST)

Kokuangyo no Jutsu
Type: Genjutsu
Description: Creates an illusion of complete darkness over the battlefield. Causes confusion.

Kugutsu no Jutsu
Type: Ninjutsu
Description: Uses a doll as a weapon for combat. The doll is controlled by thin, almost invisible strings - that jutsu skills brings the doll 'to life', and be used to switch places with the user, attack, or hide itself as another person.

Mikazuki no Mai
Type: Ninjutsu (Leaf Style), Taijutsu
Description: A sword technique, that creates two replicas - that together attack in a dance of swords - that confuses the opponent.

Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu
Type: Ninjutsu
Description: Creates a number of clones, made from water. Each Clone is capable of attacking on its own, yet each is 1/10th the power of the original. A direct hit will cause the clone to revert to water - and it cannot leave a certain radius of the user.

Mokudon Hijutsu Jukai Koudan.

Description: Uses jutsu skills to control plant life - and create large plants that can be used as a barrier. It is said to have brought Leaf Village out of troubled days in the past - and itself, built Leaf Village.

Oboro Bunshin no Jutsu

Description: A clone formed from mist that cannot attack, and disappears in one strike. (MIST MUST BE PRESENT)

Sabaku Kyuu
Type: Ninjutsu
Description: Uses sand to cover the opponents entire body. Is uses to stop an opponents movement, or cause suffocation. (SAND MUST BE PRESENT)

Senei Jyashu
Type: Ninjutsu
Description: Summons a number of snakes inside the sleeve, which snake out and latch around the opponent, rendering them immobile for two turns.

Shintenshin no Jutsu
Type: Ninjutsu
Description: Allows the user to send its spirit energy into another body, and control them. The spirit energy travels slowly, and if it misses, it takes a good amount of time to return to the body. Any damage done to the target while the jutsu is in effect, is also done to the users body. Primarily used for spying - lasts about 5 minutes.

Description: A co-operation, 4 person jutsu, creates a large purple box shaped barrier - used to surround people or battles. Anything that touches the barrier bursts into purple flame.

Description: A jutsu which causes a dead bodies heart to beat for a few minutes. In this time, the user can move dead bodies, to act as targets or diversions.

Shuriken Kage Bunshin no Jutsu

Description: A technique that multiplies a thrown object, fake shadow objects and actual object are impossible to differentiate, thus, move is highly effective when combined with throwing star or other weapons thrown.

Sofuushasen no Tachi

Souja Sousai no Jutsu

Description: A large wall of sand completely covers user in a sphere shape. (SAND MUST BE PRESENT)

Description: Creates a large sphere of water, that holds the opponent inside it. The prison is difficult to escape, yet, the drawback is that the user must keep contact with the sphere to keep the prison working. (WATER MUST BE PRESENT)

Suiton Suijinheki

Description: Creates a blast of water from the mouth, usually used to block fire type attacks. (WATER MUST BE PRESENT)

Suna Bunshin
Type: Ninjutsu
Description: An advanced type of clone, made from sand. It does not disappear when attacked - but it does have a sand like appearance, and would not make a good decoy. Although, it can attack, and travel along the ground in a sand state. It knows the moves you know, only, in a weaker state. (SAND MUST BE PRESENT)

Suna no Tate
Type: Ninjutsu
Description: A sand demon jutsu. A large amount of sand, stored within the gourd, will automatically move and protect user from any harm by becoming a solid wall. User is unable to control this reaction. The drawback, is the sand wall is not extremely fast - and will have a hard time keeping up to faster enemies. (SAND MUST BE PRESENT)

Suna no Yoroi
Type: Ninjutsu
Description: A secondary defense of the sand user. Chakra forms a thin layer of sand, although powerful, around the user. It is not as protective as the Shield of Sand, because it uses up large amounts of stamina, and makes the user a lot heavier. (SAND MUST BE PRESENT)

Ura Renge
Type: Taijutsu
Description: A forbidden jutsu performed by opening 3 chakra gates (releases the body's limits on muscle usage/chakra flow). It puts a lot of strain on the body and muscles - and is nearly suicidal. It goes beyond the speed and power of any other lotus technique. Continuous speed and high powered attacks make this devastating to any opponent. The power can increase by opening more chakra gates - but the result is immobility of the user, due to torn muscle fibers.

Otoshi Buta - Covering Lid

Doton Otoshi Buta is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Earth Element. To utilize this technique, the ANBU member will form the needed hand seal. A large earthen pot will then fall from the sky to cover and contain the target summon. A powerful enough summon will be able to overturn the pot and escape. This will be the final attack in an elemental trio used by the ANBU. First will be Fuuton Kazekiri to cut and immobilize the target. Then Raiton Shichuu Shibari is used to stun and trap the target. Finally Otoshi Buta is called forth to imprison the target.

Gouryuuka no Jutsu - Great Dragon Fire Technique

Raiton Kage Bunshin no Jutsu - Lightning Element Shadow Clone Technique

Raiton Kage Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes lightning to create a Kage Bunshin clone. Because it is a Kage Bunshin, the Raiton version shares the ability to interact with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. If the Raiton Kage Bunshin is injured, the clone will revert into its natural lightning state. Like in other Lightning Element attacks, should the target come into contact with the electricity, they will be momentarily stunned.

By focusing chakra on a source of water to evaporate it and raise it up in the air, the user may create a cloud far above the battlefield. Because heat is not used to accomplish this the cloud quickly recondenses and begins falling as rain. Due to the high speed, the force emits a sound like a thousand birds chirping which gave the technique its name. The resulting creation is said to have the power to rival some of the bijuu. The dragon has the power to control all of the elements including heaven, hell, time, and space. While this jutsu is very powerful it is also very chakra consuming and shortens the users life span by about 10 years for every usage of this jutsu.

- S Rank - (Kage/S) - Banzen Dragon (Perfect Dragon) - The Dragon seal will force the tattoos on the chakra circulatory system to surface and begin glowing a vibrant red along with the possessor's eyes taking on the same color. There is so much Fire chakra present in the user's that some of it begins to leak out and the excess of chakra begins to form the illusion of a dragon demon around the users own body and prevents the affected person from external harm. The users chakra circulatory system will begin to consume and compress Fire chakra from the air around the possessor at such a rapid rate that the use of any other elemental chakra will be impossible. Fire techniques increase in power and become second nature, requiring no hand seals, while the seal possessor becomes enveloped in a defined pocket of searing heat, which seems to have no effect on the affected person. Physical attacks and touch from a person in this form produce devastating burns. It is at this point that the possessor can compress raw Fire chakra into a vicious ranged attack that can bypass most protections.
Positive Effects on Target: The person possessing a Dragon seal is able to manipulate Fire element much easier then they normally could. One under the effects of a Dragon seal will see an increase in their overall aggressiveness and general ability to ignore physical pain.
Negative Effects on User: Over use of releasing the seal can cause strain on the user's chakra circulatory system to the point of tears forming and eventually death. Transformations C Rank and below put a strain on the body and quickly tire the user while B Rank transformations and above have an increasing chance to cause permanent damage with prolonged use.
Seal Info: The Dragon seal is the variation of Akkankaji that can only be placed on people who have an especially strong affinity in their chakra to the Fire element. This is required because when activated, the seal will only allow that form of chakra to be molded in the body.

- Magnetic Deflection Technique [Jijou Henshin no Jutsu]
A dangerous technique, this jutsu builds up a magnetic charge in a metal object with a touch, making it a magnet that draws metal objects to it. While this jutsu can build up a powerful magnetic charge, doing so can be dangerous if the user possesses other metal objects, as they will be attracted to the magnet as well. - Current Manipulation Technique [Denryuu Tesabaki no Jutsu]

This jutsu is usually used in combination with the Lightning Trip-Wire Technique, Taser Technique, or any other techniques that utilize electrical currents to make them harder to avoid. - Superconductor Skill [Dai Doutai no Jutsu]
An advanced form of the rudimentary academy skill, Dai Doutai no Jutsu differs from its parent skill in that there is no passive quality. - Shock Net [Dengeki no Ami]

- Lightning Cage Technique [Denkou no Ori no Jutsu]
This technique uses chakra to set up a powerful web of electrical currents surrounding a victim. Lightning shoots from the user's fingertips and surrounds the victim, shocking him as the current surrounds him. The cage deals little damage to those trapped within, but anyone trying to leave is in for a real shock. Unfortunately, while the cage does a good job of keeping most people inside, it also damages anyone trying to reach into the field to attack. - Lightning Screen [Denkou no Shahei]
After performing a row of hand-seals, the user places his hands on the ground and in front of him a large and powerful field of lightning erupts from the ground and lasts for a few seconds before dissipating. - Static Clone Technique [Seidenki Bunshin no Jutsu]
After a row of hand-seals, several electrical fields erupt from the user's hands and form into vaguely humanoid shapes. - Magnetic Beacon Technique [Jijou Houka no Jutsu]
The user sends electrical waves to a metal object, causing it to turn into an electrical magnet. - Blade of the Lightning God [Raijin no Ittou]
The user focuses chakra into either arm and collects ambient electricity into a tight lattice around the forearm and hand. By compressing the electricity and chakra together, the user forms a single-use electrical blade. While the blade has no real substance and thus cannot block or parry, its side-effect more than makes up for it - the area around that which is struck by the blade will be instantly shocked numb. | Chakra - 50 | Damage - 75 | Area around the spot that the blade strikes will be completely numb for two posts. The user performs a short row of hand seals, ending with his hands pointing towards his victim. - Human Lightning Rod [Hiraishin no Jintai]
The user emits a powerful field of electrical energy; anyone caught within it gains a negative charge. The user positively charges the air around him, meaning that anyone within the field is constantly shocked by lightning. Although this jutsu is almost impossible to dodge while within the field, the field only extends 10 meters from the user. - Touch of the Lightning God [Raijin no Hadazawari]
The user gathers a large amount of chakra into his fingertips and converts it to electricity. The electricity then bursts from the fingertips and seeks out the victim. The lightning doesn't rend the flesh, but instead eletrifys the opponent, seeking out and attacking the heart and nervous system. The pain this jutsu causes is said to be unbearable. Victims of this jutsu frequently have heart attacks within 24 hours after being hit, so medical care is highly advised. Kinjutsu

- Grasp of the Lightning God [Raijin no Haji]
The user gathers a tremendous amount of eletricity into their hands. The user then grabs the opponent with both hands and sets up a powerful current of eletricity through the opponent's body. This eletricity not only electrifies its victim, but also renders the area around where the opponent is holding immobile, although other parts of the victim's body can freely move. Advanced Jounin

- Violent Thunderclap [Hageshii Jinrai]
An extremely powerful Raiton ninjutsu that requires the pinnacle of chakra control to perform. The user gathers massive amounts of chakra into his palms and flattens it out into a disc extending over each hand that absorb any ambient electricity. Once the discs have collected enough ambient energy, the user smashes his palms together, creating a deafening thunderclap accompanied by a hemispherical electric shockwave that travels outward from the hands. - Dance of the Condemned [Keito no Mai]
This jutsu, considered forbidden for its cruelty, partially shuts down a person's nervous system, sending them into a form of nervous shock that ends with the person being unable to move for a brief period. In order to perform this technique, the user must perform a long row of hand seals and then touch the victim's neck or spinal chord (touching clothing or armor in that area is fine, as long as it can't block electricity). Katon Ho Kunai Kuchiyose no Jutsu [Fire Release Fire Kunai Summoning]
- A technique utilizing Fire Chakra and Materialization

- Effect: A skill normally used when the user is running on kunai, or is looking to use a more powerful type of kunai. This jutsu can be released from either the hands or the mouth, having flaming kunai appear in the hands of the user which do not burn the user but if picked up by an opponent will burn the opponent. The kunai also can be fired from the mouth.

Katon Faia Tama No Jutsu [Fire Release Fire Projectiles]
- A technique utilizing Fire Chakra and Infuse
- Handseals: Horse, Tiger
- Rank: D
- Effect: A skill where the user gathering their fire chakra they imbue it into their projectiles. Releasing them from their hands, spiralling about they catch flame in order to add to the damage of those projectiles. This technique can be utilized with Shuriken, Kunai, and Senbon.

Powers: The power of the God of Good Luck stems from the power of the coin. The user is able to generate good and bad luck from a flip of the coin. By using 450% chakra you can generate good luck, making one able to get lucky to perform something that generally would be considered impossible. However, the user is also able to generate bad luck at the cost of 150% chakra. But when giving off bad luck, it will always come back to bite the user three times worse.

- Effect: Heals both minor internal and external wounds
- Cost: 5% chakra heals 3% damage for external wounds, 5% chakra heals 1% damage for internal wounds // Cannot go over 50%

Chakra Scalpel [Chakra no Mesu]
- A more advanced medical jutsu that is used as a blade during surgery, so the skin does not have to be cut, and surgery can be performed simply without having to wait for external wounds to heal after the procedure is over. (Need Ninpou Medical Skill to learn)

- Effects: Used for surgical procedures, however this can be used in battle as a deadly weapon
- Cost: 50% to charge, 45% per turn

Skill of Nervous System Confusion [Shinkeikei Konran no Jutsu]
- An advanced medical jutsu that converts chakra to electrical energy and is sent against the neck. This is used to confuse the nervous system, in order to be used as an anastetic in to get rid of a patients pain or to put them to sleep for surgery (Need Ninpou Medical Skill to learn)

- Effect: Can be used for surgical procedures and other procedures, however when used in battle it can be a deadly weapon

- Effect: Can remove poison from the user or another
- Cost: 150% chakra to removed poison per post

Ninpou Dead Body Learning
- A skill used in order to decipher information from a dead opponent
- Requirements: over level 25 (if not hunter-nin)
- Rank: S
- Effect: Allows the user in order to learn about the various techniques a person had while they were alive, also having a better understanding of them, if you do not have those techniques you receive 1/4 off the cost of that technique from learning about it from the dead body, allows extreme knowledge of ABL's and CSJ's.

Ninpou Body Disposal
- A skill used to dispose of bodies
- Requirements: over level 25, (if not hunter-nin)
- Rank: A
- Effect: Allows the user to destroy the body of an opponent, so that their jutsu information cannot be taken by enemy forces.

Ninpou Puppet Body Parts
- A skill used to replace body parts with puppet parts
- Requirements: Kugutsu no Jutsu, over level 10
- Rank: A
- Effect: Allows the user to add limbs or replace parts of their body so that they may be better suited for battle
- Note: A puppeteer must make those puppet parts

Ninpou Ikimonokugutsu Creation
- A skill used to learn how to create animal puppets
- Requirements: Kugutsu no Jutsu, Ninpou Puppet Body Parts, over level 15
- Rank: A
- Effect: Allows the user to find an animal and incapacitate it in order to create a puppet from an animal, and increase its power with puppet parts, using a special container known as a Chakra Canister, to supply chakra for jutsu or seals used in the design of the puppet.

Ninpou Hitokugutsu Creation
- A skill used to learn how to create human puppets
- Requirements: Kugutsu no Jutsu, Ninpou Puppet Body Parts, Ikimonokugutsu, over level 25
- Rank: S
- Effect: Allows the user to be able to make humans from the bodies of actual humans, increasing their power through the abiity to make puppet parts, and converting their flesh into a Chakra Generator, allowing the puppet to be able to use the jutsus they once knew in real life.

Ninpou Long Range Proficiency
- A skill used to be proficient at long range weapons
- Requirements: Intermediate Weaponry Skill, over level 15
- Rank: C
- Effect: An ability where it ensures that at least one out of every four long range projectile weapons thrown towards the opponent will be a sure hit. However, this sure hit cannot be a critical hit. This only applies to the following areas : Thighs, Shins, Upper Arm, Shoulder, and Lower Arm
- Cost: Per post this takes 50% stamina

Ninpou High Evasive Tactics
- A skill used by many medical-nin that does not rely on being a medical-nin
- Requirements: Over level 20
- Rank: A
- Effect: An ability where a user basis their judgement upon enemy attack from a good distance away, moving away from their opponents attack way before it even gets close to them. This eliminates the idea of being attack by an opponent, however reduces the chance of a counter-attack to zero.

Ninpou Mastered Hand to Hand Combat
- A skill used that determines a master of Hand to Hand Combat
- Requirements: Over level 20
- Rank: A
- Effect: An ability where the user knows an extensive deal upon the ways of taijutsu, knowing how to maunever their body well enough so they can even use mimic taijutsu skills they do not even know. // +45 tai skills
- Cost: 40% stamina per turn

- A skill used that determines a master of Weaponry

- A skill used in order to have a low drawing speed
- Requirements: over level 5

- Effect: Allows the user to be able to draw in battle at a low speed, able to make a picture in one and a half posts

- A skill used in order to have a Medium drawing speed
- Requirements: over level 15

- Effect: Allows the user to be able to draw in battle at a medium speed, able to make a picture in one post

Ninpou Above Basic Drawing Talent
- A skill used in order to have an Above Basic Drawing Talent
- Requirements: over level 7

- Effect: Allows the user to be able to write up a kanji tag, with a seal that seals up chakra in an instant, making an opponent unable to use chakra for five posts.

Ninpou Kanji Tag Creation
- A skill where one learns how to create a special Kanji Tag, that can seal an opponents chakra in an instant
- Requirements: Basic Kanji Knowledge, Elemental Kanji Knowledge, Chakra Sealing Tag

- Effect: Allows the user to be able to create Kanji tags for the use in battle, or even out of battle. Using their knowledge of kanji to create various tags for various purposes.

Medical and Sealing jutsu

Skill of Antidote Making [Gedokuzai Meiku no Jutsu]
- A medical skill where the user can make antidotes based on the symptoms of a poison.
- Handseals: None
- Effects: Can create a antidote from a poison found in order to heal an individual
