Basic and Revival Arc
Mangetsu Hōzuki (鬼灯満月, Hōzuki Mangetsu; Literally meaning "Full Moon") is the elder brother of Suigetsu Hōzuki. The third databook reveals that he and Suigetsu both trained with the intention of becoming members of the Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist together, but their ambition was cut short by Mangetsu's premature death. It was also shown that Mangetsu was the host of the 3 Tailed Beast. As the Akatsuki found Mangetsu they tried killing him (Orochimaru and Sasori) but as they fought he seemed really tough and was not easily taken down both Akatsuki members used a special jutsu and finally killed him but they couldn't get the bijuu as it escaped succesfully from it's owner.
After a few years later as the Bijuu was defeated it seeked his own holder back so it can hide from the human evil, he found Mangetsu dead and released a powerful sonic echo and revived using all it's chakra, Mangetsu so Mangetsu was revived but he was weak and needed time to regain his old powers. That meant the same for the Bijuu.

Becoming a Genin...again...Arc
The world wide genin exam hosted by powerful shinobi was 2 phases. A written exam...the easiest thing they'd give a 19 year old assassin with previous rank of S-rank. The 2nd phase a fight with a kage...easier then a written exam for him...but not at his current time as he was revived his body was weak but his mind functioned uniquely...even so he fought his brother Suigetsu who had become Otokage and grown up much more even to create a family along with new powerful jutsus and methods. He finally decided to grow up after Mangetsu's death. Both brothers fought and it was easy for Suigetsu but Mangetsu didn't give up quickly he gave a battle but his exhaustion was over his mind as he stopped the fight and Suigetsu granted him rank of genin.

- Effect: A technique which traps an opponent in an inescapable water prison. It appears that the user must be in physical contact with the prison in order for it to keep its shape. Mizu no Muchi (Whip of Water)

- Effect: A technique that utilizes water in order to create a whip out of it, acting much like a normal whip would. If one can use lightning natured chakra, they can channel it through for an extra damage bonus // 50% chakra to create // +75 dmg per attack

Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu (Water Clone Skill)
- A technique utilizing Water Chakra and high level Difuse
- Hand Seals: Bird, Tiger, Dragon, Monkey, Bird, Tiger.
- Rank: C
- Effect: A technique which creates clones composed of water. These water clones have one tenth of the users stats and will disperse back into water after receiving a hit. Although rather weak, they can inherit chakra and be used to help out with water jutsu // Drain 75% chakra per clone

This jutsu will produce a fairly powerful jet of water from the user's hand.

Name: Water Release: Snake's Mouth (Suiton: Ja no Kuchi; English TV "Water Style: Mouth of the Serpent")
Type: Unknown rank, Offensive, Long Range (10m+)
This jutsu allows the user to summon a large amount of water. The water then transforms itself into the shape of a snake and crashes down on their enemy, literally swallowing them. After it has swallowed them it turns into a river that carries their enemy away.

- Effect: Mangetsu would disappear (usually when used by the mist) if not he would just disappear and suddenly steps of soaked feet would be heard slowly circling the enemy and soon the steps would turn into running as the the name of the jutsu this jutsu is used to prevent the enemy to use his hearing abilities and give Mangetsu an opening to strike from a hidden place.

Desrption of look: Hanachiri has a large and curved hook like handle with a blue and yellow flower on it. The handle has a brown wrapping and at the merging part its connected to a long and thicken yellow and silver blade with the kanji for "rose".

Abiltiies: The ability of this blade is the seals on it can summon heards of flower petals for jutsu. The blade is also too thick to cut so its used to smash.

This move is a close call to the Inuzuka Clans Piercing Fang. With this move the user sends there sword at the target, rapidly spinning it as chakra surrounds it and forms a drill.

As the name suggests, this technique is simply a very quiet method of killing an opponent, usually from behind with a blade. Additionally, because the user is very silent, it cannot be defended against. The user will often slit their opponent's throat, preventing any cry that might give them away. Zabuza was a master of this technique, and was even good enough to track and kill opponents through sound alone.

Hidden Blade Walking Technique (Yaibagakure Hokō no Jutsu)

Much like the move 'Silent Homicide Technique' this move conceals movement for a deadly kill. Unlike Silent Homocide this move rapidly causes chakra to flow into the blade, turning it for a short time invisable. As the blade is clashed into a objject it becomes visable again.
