Bio: Not much is known about where Neo actually came from but Neo was found by a rock ninja(Maru Yurizaki) after being terrible hurt near death from an unknown casue.Neo's faithfull companion Tok Sum Bong was carying him when he was found.Neo's wounds were so grusome and deep maru had to use his own blood to keep the child alive,but throught this Neo received most of Maru's bloodline abilities.Maru's bloodline limit plus Neo's weird ability to control sand freely by swinging hands freely but can control a smaller amount of sand with his mind.
Extra Information:Very highly skilled in taijutsu,wepon technique,and use of sand with ninjutsu is deadly.
