Looks: --Shoulder length purple hair that bounces slightly with ever step. Shining bright in the sun when cleaned. Bright, beautiful green eyes that show her every emotion. A rounded, elegant face with a small nose. Standing at 3'8, she is a bit short for her age. Her budding body seemingly perfect for her slim form.
A very light tan makes her skin glow ever so lightly in the moonlight. Flawless, young skin and a cuteness only the innocence of youth can bring. Wears a simple white wrapping on her chest and silk, black pants. she is normally barefoot, a sign of the poverty of her home.

Personality:--The young Skye has very low confidence. It leads her to be more gulible then most others around her age. She constantly seeks love and understanding from those around her. That quest for love leads her to be extremely loyal to those that show her any.
Skye is a normal carefree child otherwise. She enjoys flowers and sweets. She enjoys learning things about the world, and has a small collection of books that she sometimes reads from.
Skye is very respectful to her elders, and even those her own age. She trys to avoid conflict.

Special Characteristics: --While she may not show it, Skye is a genius. Her I.Q. is about 210. She is quick to learn things and come up with plans. Her genius is still unrefined however, and therefore not as effective as it should be.

On top of that, the user would be, most likely, interacting with the environment. This puts much mental strain on the inexperienced ninja.

The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance between the user and their intended destination.
