General Appearance. his eyes are pitch black and has what looks like lightning running through them. occation flashes in his eyes show his anger and will to torture. his eyes also allow him to see clearly on even the darkest of nights. his hair is long and flows down his back and over his swords, it is impossible to cut his hair for unknown reasons. his long black cloak covers his entire body. he never takes it off in front of anybody.
Personality:has an unknown attreaction to blood and very sharp teeth. he is usally very calm and depressed sounding. he tends to get irritated when people dont follow the rules and is prone to killing for small reasons. enjoys making people suffer.

pyro grew up alone. he spent all his life scrounging for food and living in the shadows sence he was 5. it all started back then his parents were alive. the world was in chaos. bijuus were going crazy. until one day the 6 tailed demon arrived in pyros village. for what seemed like an eternity, the demon moved across the village killing and devourering ninja. the air was filled with so much static it was impossible to hold a weapon. so the battle raged on, endless handsigns and jutsus unaffecting the murderous beast.
young pyro was watching the carnage. he was grinning as he watched everyone get slaughtered. and he waited for the demon to take him. he laughed as his parents were slaughtered by the beast. only a few others were in the same area as pyro. one of them was an old man who looked like he lived a hard life. finally the beast turned and approached the area yro was in. the old man saw this and walked over, letting his cane go and making handsigns.
the oldman finished wuickly. grabbing pyro and ripping his shirt off. growling he slammed his palm into pyrosshoulderblade and yelled. a bright flash and everything went black. hours later pyro woke up to the calm sky above and the village was being rebuilt. pyro knew something was wrong because the old man lie dead a few ards away, and pyro could remember extreme pain like something being forced into him. but he shrugged it off and went home. packing some food and running away. from that day he lived, training himself to be a ninja, and training the new being inside him.
pyro had 6 tails now, and the complete power over lightning, it was strange to him to have such power in his grasp. but he used it to get what he needs. food, water, and quenching the thirst of death.
Description: this blade was forged by the finest blacksmith and strongest chakra users on the planet. forgingthis blade with lightning and pure chakra. as its formed it glows yellow and each hit sends off lightning. it has the power to be used in any form of the blade than just the completed. each part has a differant ability for fightning. (the fighting types are just the form and are of no importance or bonus for chakra

technique 1: utilizing all parts of the tsurugi, pyrostabs it it into the ground. the sword breaks apart into each individual blade and surrounds the enemy.forcing him into confusion, pyor jumps into the air grabbing one of the blades and in the flash of an eye he appears behind him, grabbing another part and putting them together, this process continues until the sword is complete.when it is done kuni appears above the enemy andswings down at them. this technique is almost impossible to dodge as it all happens in less than a second.

Name: Chidori Current (meaning "One Thousand Birds Current) Type: A-rank, Offensive, Defensive, Short range (0-5m) A variation on a regular Chidori developed by Sasuke Uchiha during his two-and-a-half year training with Orochimaru, this jutsu allows the user to generate non-focused electrically charged chakra from his body, instead of concentrating it in his hand. Because the electricity isn't focused, it doesn't kill on contact, instead only paralyzing its victims. By sending the current into the ground Sasuke can stun opponents from a distance. Sasuke can also channel the electricity through metallic weapons like his Kusanagi sword, increasing their cutting power, as well as making body parts numb by cutting them.

It has more specialized speed than the normal Chidori and can cause damage throughout multiple places on the body. Chidori Senbon can become even more effective by using it together with the Sharingan, allowing one to precisely shoot for the enemy's vital points.

Name: Chidori Sharp Spear ( meaning "One Thousand Birds Sharp Spear") Type: A-rank, Offensive, Short to mid-range (0-10m) Sasuke increases the range of his Chidori by using form manipulation to extend it into a blade up to 10 meters in length. This blade is capable of splitting into multiple additional blades upon contact with an enemy, drastically increasing the number of wounds it can inflict. However, each of these additional blades is proportionally weaker than a single focused Chidori. Like other Chidori-related techniques, this jutsu will numb any target it hits.

Name: Kirin Type: S-rank, Offensive, Long Range (10m+) Kirin is an extremely powerful, one-shot lightning technique that strikes in the blink of an eye. The user draws lightning directly from thunder clouds to supplement the power of his or her strike, and controls it with chakra. Because the technique uses natural lightning as opposed to elemental chakra, its power easily outmatches all other Lightning Releases. However, the extreme preparation time required also decreases the technique's efficiency. This technique in the absence of active thunder clouds requires Fire Release: Great Dragon Fire Technique or other such techniques to produce the necessary storm conditions to initiate it.
To initiate a lightning storm, and then to take control of lightning in order to guide it to a target while using the shape manipulation shown above, drained even Sasuke of most of his chakra. In addition, usage seems to destroy the thunder clouds as the sky cleared up of clouds after use. As such, this technique can only be used once in a fight. However, natural lightning can reach a temperature of 30,000 °C, so that even if it misses the target, the sizable blast will likely eliminate the enemy. Itachi withstood this technique by using Susanoo.

Name: Kusanagi Sword: Chidori Katana (meaning "Kusanagi Sword: One Thousand Birds Katana Type: B-rank, Supplementary, Short range (0-5m) Sasuke flows his Chidori Current through a katana in a manner similar to the Flying Swallow technique. The intense electric field protects him by electrocuting anyone who makes contact with it, but only works for one attack. This armor seems very strong as it is capable of standing up to Rock Lee's Drunken Fist.
Name: Lightning Blade Type: S-rank, Offensive, Short range (0-5m) Hand Seals: Ox → Rabbit → Monkey (finished with left hand just below right hand) The Lightning Blade is an enhanced form of the Chidori with the same effects and drawbacks, but more concentrated. It is said to have gained its name after Kakashi split a bolt of lightning with it. Because the Chidori is already powerful on its own, the Lightning Blade requires better chakra control, which is exemplified in its appearance. The Chidori appears as simply a mass of white electrical chakra in the user's hand, while the Lightning Blade is more focused and blue. In Part I he is limited to using it four times a day, but by Part II he can use it at least six times. Kakashi has shown different ways of forming and using the Lightning Blade. During his confrontation with Orochimaru in Part I, he creates it without using hand seals. In Part II he is able to form a Lightning Blade in both of his hands to counteract Lightning Release: False Darkness. Soon afterwards he uses it in a downward cutting motion rather than a thrust to free Naruto Uzumaki from Kakuzu. To keep up with its name, Lightning Blade now emits the sound of electricity, rather than birds chirping.

Name: Lightning Destruction Type: Unknown rank, Offensive, Short to mid-range (0-10m) Hand Seals: Ox, Rabbit, Ram, Dog, Monkey The user places his hands to the ground after converting their chakra to lightning. The user then sends an enormous bolt of lightning that cuts through the ground towards the target. The shape of the bolt is a triangular figure with the base in front of the user and the tip headed towards the opponent. It causes devastating destruction on its way and generates with enough heat and power to destroy whatever it comes into contact with.
Name: Lightning Hound Type: Unknown rank, Offensive, All ranges By manipulating lightning chakra into the dominant hand, the user can make the lightning expand to can create the form of a hound. The hound-shape remains connected to the user's hand with a bolt of lightning, allowing them to control it during its attack. Being a Lightning Release ninjutsu, it requires a large amount of chakra from the user to maintain and thus is a risk to use with a low chakra supply. image:
Name: Lightning Release: Shadow Clone Type: Unknown This technique allows the user to make a shadow clone infused with lightning. Because it is a shadow clone, it is able to perform jutsu and interact with the environment due to it having physical substance. If the clone is injured, it will revert to its natural lightning-state, at the same time electrocuting whatever it is touching.
Name: Lightning Style: Shattering Thunder Type: Unknown rank, Offensive, Short Range (0-5m) Hand Seals: Boar, Ram, Snake This jutsu allows the user to create a wave of electricity from the user's hands. This jutsu can vary in power from a small surge to shock an opponent to a powerful stream of lightning capable of ripping through solid rock. It is ideal to use in conjunction with a water jutsu.
Name: Lightning Style: Lightning Needle Jutsu Type: Unknown rank, Offensive, Short range (0-5m) This technique lets the user summon lightning from the sky to their hand and then shoot it at their opponent.
Name: Lightning Style: Lightning Bind Type: Unknown rank, Defensive, Supplementary, Short to mid range (0-10m) Hand Seals: Ox, Horse, Dragon This technique lets the user create a three sided wall of electricity to bind their opponent. The user must have three conductors to stick in the ground to create the points. Furthermore, once the enemy is inside, if they come into contact with the wall they will be electrocuted. The only way the jutsu can be broken is if an outside party were to strike one of the wall with a strong enough attack, which will then deactivate the other walls.
Name: Lightning Release: Four Pillar Bind Type: Unknown rank, Offensive, Supplementary, Short to mid-range (0-10m) Four giant pillars are summoned or created, whence then shoot bolts of lightning, binding the target in place and possible doing damage to them.

Mizuame Nabara - Starch Syrup Capture Field Art: Ninjutsu Rank: D Type: Supplementary Range: Close (0-5m), Mid (5-10m) Description: Suiton • Mizuame Nabara is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After forming the needed hand seals, the user will expel a sticky liquid from his gullet. If the target runs on top of the liquid, their feet will become glued to its sticky surface, and it will become difficult to maneuver. If the ninja focuses chakra to their feet BEFORE touching the surface, they can hover above and move over it without hindrance. They can maintain a connection to the rain and tell when someone is obstructing it, making it an excellent location technique. The user can even detect the individual’s chakra level and skill. Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu - Water Clone Technique Art: Ninjutsu Rank: C Type: Clone Description: Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Mizu Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. The range of the clone is limited, however. It cannot travel very far from the original body. If the Mizu Bunshin is injured, the clone will revert back into its natural water state. *Note: The maximum amount of clones that can be created is 2, each with their own action per turn. The clones cannot use jutsu over C Rank but can perform most other actions. The user’s abilities may be reduced while the clones are in play by the judge’s discretion. Kokuun no Jutsu - Black Clouds Technique Art: Ninjutsu Rank: C Type: Supplementary Range: Any Description: Suiton • Kokuun no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which utilizes the Water Element. After forming the necessary hand seals, a black mist will emit from the user’s body and rise into the sky. Black clouds will form, releasing a flammable rain of oil atop a given area. Limit: Suiton Element.
Suirou no Jutsu - Water Prison Technique Art: Ninjutsu Rank: C Type: Supplementary Per Turn Range: Close (0-5m) Description: Suirou no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to imprison an opponent. The ninja forms the necessary hand seals, which causes the water to form around the target into a spherical prison that only allows for limited movement. The ninja must keep their body touching the water prison to maintain its existence. If the contact is broken, the water falls away and their target is released. When combined with a Bunshin technique, the ninja can imprison their target with the use of the clone so long as it can use such jutsu. *Note: In one on one battle, this technique may not be used to capture the main opponent due to the nature of its effect in battle.
