General Appearance. Torune is a normal sized man who is slim but somewhat muscular like Sai. Also resembling Sai alot, His mask seems to cover every part of his face except the bottom of the nose and mouth region. His hair seems to pop up over the Leaf head band which he carries to show how he once served it. Over all Torune's outfit is completely black. On the upper torso there are two red straps which hold a Tanto case to his back and is tilted to the right.

When moving down he still wears all black, But on each side of him is a massive kunai pouch which holds multiple scrolls and weapons. Then on his back a large zipper rolls up it with a book bag like pouch which holds more items.

Personality: Torune is a very curious and secretive person, Though not liking it when people are secretive to him. As seen in the Summit arc, When Sai had sent a message to Danzo, Torune quickly questioned what was it about and when Danzo replied "It's just a update" his eyes seem to droop in annoyance. Then on a side note being openingly thoughtful as when hanya assasians attacked and he simply replied "It will be such a pain... Seeing how it is, They will always attack us at front site... Traveling in the open will be a bother."

Other:
Torune is noted as the only Anbu Root to not have his body sealed by Danzo, Showing that Danzo Trust him enough to not do the seal.
Weapons I carry:

A shuriken (手裏剣), like kunai, is one of the more basic weapons seen in Naruto. They are sharpened, four-pronged metal stars, useful for throwing. Although small, they can be used to distract, or, if accurate enough, can be deadly. They have an open circle in the center, used for grabbing with a finger, to avoid cutting oneself, or to put thread through. The circle is also a benefit in aerodynamics, as it ensures more accurate trajectories.

In addition to the basic shuriken, larger, arm-length shuriken have been seen in the series. They are usually carried on the back. The Fūma Shuriken is of a similar size, but is more lethal and can be folded together for easier storage.

Exploding tags are scraps of paper inscribed with a special formula, centring around the kanji for "explode" (爆, baku). Infused with chakra, they will explode after a set amount of time, or remotely. The tags can be attached to a surface or wrapped around a weapon to be thrown at an enemy. They are very versatile and one of the basic ninja tools.

A Kunai (クナイ), like shuriken, is one of the more basic weapons seen in Naruto. It is a black dagger designed to be thrown, and is about the length of one's hand. Many ninja attack by attaching an exploding tag to the blade. The kunai is usually thrown so that it lodges in an object near the target, and then the explosion from the attached tag destroys said target. Kunai can also be kept on spring-loaded wires in the user's sleeve, as seen in Naruto's fight with Sai when they first met. Empowered with 'chakra flow', kunai thrown into targets can cut through solid wood and even solid stone targets.

Different types of kunai have been seen in the series. Minato Namikaze used three-bladed kunai that had a special seal applied to them in order to perform his Flying Thunder God Technique. During their battle with Hidan, Izumo and Kotetsu used kunai the size of ordinary blades to attack him with. Kabuto, when threatening to kill a hospitalized Sasuke in Part I, held a kunai with a curved blade to Sasuke's neck. Also, during the Chunin Exam, Team Oboro used double-bladed kunai whilst facing Team 7.

A tantō (短刀?, "short sword") is a common Japanese single or, occasionally, double edged knife or dagger with a blade length between 15 and 30 cm (6-12 inches). The tantō was designed primarily as a stabbing weapon, but the edge can be used for slashing as well. Tantō first began to appear in the Heian period, however these blades lacked any artistic quality and were purely weapons. In the early Kamakura period high-quality artistic tantō began to appear, and the famous Yoshimitsu (the greatest tantō maker in Japanese history) began his forging. Tantō production increased greatly around the Muromachi period and then declined in the Shintō period ("new sword" period). Consequently, Shintō period tantō are quite rare. They regained popularity in the Shin-Shintō Period ("new-new sword" period) and production increased.

Tantō are generally forged in hira-zukuri, meaning that their sides have no ridge line and are nearly flat, unlike the shinogi-zukuri structure of a katana. Some tantō have particularly thick cross-sections for armor-piercing duty, and are called yoroidoshi.

Tantō were mostly carried by samurai as commoners did not generally carry them. Women sometimes carried a small tantō called a kaiken in their obi primarily for self defense.

It was sometimes worn as the shōtō in place of a wakizashi in a daishō, especially on the battlefield. Before the 16th century, it was common for a samurai to carry a tachi and a tantō as opposed to a katana and a wakizashi.

Tantō with blunt wooden or blunt plastic blades exist and are used to practice martial arts involving the use of a tantō safely. Versions with a blunt metal blade are used in more advanced training or demonstrations. Martial arts that include techniques with tantō include:

Torune (トルネ) is a ninja of Konohagakure, and a seemingly high-ranking member of the Foundation. His face, except for his eyes and the lower part of his face is covered by a mask.

Background
Though Torune's full child hood is unknown, It has been noted that he was tooken from a hospital by the Root when his mother died in birth and he had no other parents. After that the only other log of his history was noted by Fu and Danzo about them killing most of the Hanya clan.

Meeting of the Five Kage's Summit
Torune is hand-picked by Danzo, along with Fū, as one of his unmasked escorts during the journey to the Five Kage Summit in the Land of Iron. He was ordered by Danzo to send some of his men to keep watch over Naruto while the three of them were at the summit.

During the journey, Danzo, Fū, and Torune were attacked by the remnants of the Hanya Assassins from the Land of Wood - which was previously decimated by the Foundation for being a threat to Konohagakure. After Danzo defeated the assailants, Torune noted that this was why it was annoying to travel in the open. When White Zetsu appears during the summit, Torune, along with Fu and the other bodyguards, goes into action to guard Danzo and the other Kages.When him and Fū try to go battle Sasuke they are stopped by Ao who was told to watch them by Raikage him and Fū try to attack but are stopped by Danzo.

Dust Release Circus (塵遁苛素, Jinton Sākasu )

This Technique gathers a great volume of Dust and compresses it into a medium-density shape. This greatly increases the hardness, creating a clear object of materialized Dust, Sand, Smoke, Dirt and other Molecules. The technique however does draw out a large amount of chakra.

To use this technique, Torune uses one hand to grip his wrist, Channeling chakra into it as it opens, Pressing the palm out. The circulating chakra releases out a coat on the hand, And all bacteria and substances in the air cling to it. As the coat of chakra gathers in Dust to form rapid coats all over, Torune begins to move it toward his palm. Slowly all of the dust forms in a small sphere which is clear. The clear object is held in the palm until Torune releases it. Once Torune releases it, The dust sphere is sent into the sky. In the sky, Torune uses Chakra to control it slightly.

Though he can move it in the sky, It rapidly drains his chakra to no end. Using chakra nets, Torune is able to form it into designs to attack opponents, By solidifying it into earth to strike the opponent. Though Dust Release Ninjutsu and Dust Release are different.

Dust Release Circus itself can also be used on a pure form, To gather at a molecular level, Dust Particles to move Mercury, Lead, Bismus, Polonium, Fracium and other scientific Elements (Not Releases, The elements that solids have in numercial order.)

The Foundation, also known as Root, is a Konohagakure ANBU training department founded by Danzo. They carry out missions that Danzo believes will benefit Konoha, at least some of which are less-than-respectable. The organization's top priority is its secrecy, and most of its missions are acted in the dark.

Unlike normal ANBU, they carry a tipless Tanto instead of a Katana. This is an extremely strict group, since Danzo has trained the members to lose their emotions. Each member has a codename; even the members themselves seem to not know their original names.

Even after disbanding, the members remain loyal to Danzo, and retain their training of being emotionless to accomplish their objectives.

Each member of the Foundation has a Cursed Seal imprinted on their tongue by Danzo, near the back of their throat, which will paralyze their entire body if they try to speak anything about Danzo, rendering them unable to speak or move; this is to prevent interrogations for information or betrayal. Sakura Haruno even noted that she felt this method is awful.

Though Currently after Danzo's death, Kirai took it over, And the only members alive are Torune and Fu.

Danzo made an alliance with Amegakure's leader, Hanzō, to help him crush the rebel group led by Yahiko. In turn, Hanzo would help Danzo become Hokage. He helped him capture Konan, and both of them forced Nagato to choose who would die. In the end, Nagato killed all the Foundation members there in his rage.

Killing the Hanya Clan

Danzo once ordered for the assassination of the Hannya Assassins of the Land of Wood. The order is apparently successful, but according to Fū and Torune, remnants still exist and target Foundation.

Infilitrating Orochimaru

Danzo assigned Sai to Team Kakashi, which went on a mission to find Sasuke Uchiha. During the course of the mission, Sai approached Orochimaru, Sasuke's mentor, on Danzo's behalf. He offered to have the Foundation aid Orochimaru in "destroying" Konoha. When Orochimaru accepted and took Sai back to his hideout, Sai's true mission began: to protect Konoha by killing Sasuke, whom Danzo had branded as a traitor. Sai, having befriended teammate Naruto Uzumaki, was later unwilling to complete this task, resulting in the failure of his mission.

Taking Over Konoha

During Pain's attack on Konoha, Danzo kept the members of the Foundation from helping in the village's defense, hoping that Pain's actions would allow him to take the title of Hokage. Sai was the only member known not to be among the group, as he was with Yamato and Anko Mitarashi, who were hunting down Kabuto Yakushi.

Watching Naruto

After Danzo is elected by the Fire Daimyo to be acting Hokage, he orders Sai to keep an eye on Naruto, and anything out of the ordinary is to be reported at once. This is because Danzo still requires the votes of the Jonin to be officially Hokage, and that he needs to keep Naruto, who is now considered a hero of the village, in check due to his status as a Jinchūriki (without doing anything to Naruto that may cause himself to lose favor). However, Sai betrays Danzo and helps Naruto escape.

Tracking Anko

While Anko is still on the mission to find and capture Kabuto Yakushi, Danzo sends two of his men, Dajimu and Tera, to trail Orochimaru's former student. However, with the current situation of Konoha, Danzo orders his men to wait in getting rid of Anko, preferring to focus on finding Kabuto before she does.

Fearing Sai's loyalty to him, Danzo assigns two Foundation members to watch Sai as the latter watches Naruto. However, Kakashi Hatake and Konohamaru Sarutobi help Naruto escape to the Kage Summit and make it seem that Sai is still loyal to Danzo.

Protecting Danzo

As Danzo is preparing to attend the Kage Summit, he is made aware of the order to bring two bodyguards with no exceptions. He chooses Fū and Torune because they are the top two members of the Foundation. Torune is also instructed to assign his men to keep an eye on Naruto, and to prevent him from leaving the village, just in case Sai would betray the organization.

Dust Release: Aggravated Wind (塵遁・加重岩風, Jinton: Kajūkaze)

The Aggravated Wind is a high powered move used by Torune which can completely destroy a target if they are hit by the full powered version. The regular version released chakra to condense all the air and dust, Dirt, Sand, Smoke and all other particles into a small ball. When Torune breathes a strong burst of air into it, It explodes in a shockwave infront of him blowing objects away and also crushing them. In the full powered Version, Torune crushes the ball in his hand, And releases a small blow from his mouth, And sends out a small blade of hardened dust at a molecular level. If the blade strikes a target, The dust expands until the target is completely ripped open.

The Chakra Pore release is not truly associated with Dust Release, Though through consideration because it uses chakra and molecules it is sometimes classified as Dust Release. Chakra Pores is a Tracking Kekkei Genkai Trait for Torune. The base of the technique allows Torune to balance chakra through his palm to form hundreds of molecule size balls. The balls are released through the air wildly to multipy and covered the area of the place. Anything it touches which people won't even know, Not even the best trackers, Will be locked on by Torune. Or he can put his finger to a target and release them onto the target.

The Chakra Pores are not a attack, Just a location, Which also would allow Torune to tell if people are lying our running low on chakra. There is also another ability of the pores, If Torune wished, He can transfer communication signals into someone to tell them things, Without anyone knowing. Though no one can send signals back to him. If someone is trapped in a Genjutsu, Torune can also release it using some of his chakra as a disturbent wave.

The Chakra Pore technique can also allow Torune to transfer some chakra into somebody, Which in battle could help them greatly. Nothing can remove the chakra pores, Unless the person who is captured is able to stop temporarily Torune's chakra flow, Torune stops it, Or after a two hour period. With the chakra pores, Even if someone cloaks there chakra flow, The pores on them would allow Torune to tell. A step back of the technique is the longer it is used, Or the more he uses them for info or to track, The more chakra it drains.

The Mercury Storm is a very complex skill used by Torune with his Dust Release. As Torune releases chakra to gather in chemicals, sodium and Led in the arm form textures to catch the mercury. In air, Torune is able to form a ball of pure mercury, Also called Quick Silver. The Silver orb floats in ait, Until Torune releases it, Sending it into multiple boiling Senbon which are hot enough to melt through a wall on its own, Though with the technique the heat settles down to form a minor boil, Condensing it inside so that when it stabs the opponenet, It feels like boiling water enters the skin. Also if exposed for a long time, The Mercury will dissolve into led, Which poisons the target, Silver which plogs veins and salt which dehydrates them.

The Byakugan (白眼; Viz "Evil Eye" or "All Seeing White Eye"; Literally meaning "White Eye") is Dōjutsu Kekkei Genkai, a genetic trait that is shared amongst the members of the Hyuga Clan. Those that inherit the blood of this clan have almost featureless white eyes (Neji's and Hinata's eyes seem to have tints of lavender and blue-grey, respectively). Although it is not stated directly, it is assumed that all members of the Hyuga family possess the Byakugan. It is a common, although unproven, belief that the Sharingan is a genetic offshoot of the Byakugan.

Just like the Sharingan, the Byakugan can also be transplanted into another person, as Ao of Kirigakure did so. Transplanted Byakugan eyes can be activated and deactivated at the user's will, unlike the Sharingan which is always active.

The Byakugan is the primary focus of the Hyuga's special arts. When the Byakugan is activated, their pupils become more distinct, and the veins near their temples bulge.

The first ability of the Byakugan gives the user a near 360º field of vision, except for one blind spot at the back of the neck above the third thoracic vertebra.

The second ability is having the ability to see through solid objects, and can use a degree of telescopic sight. The distance and the degree of telescopic sight varies from person to person. In Part I, Neji Hyuga was able to see an area of 50 meters, but later he increases his visual range to at least 800 meters, while Hinata Hyuga's range in Part II stretches at least as far as 10 km. During the hunt for either of the Uchiha brothers, Hinata was shown to be able to view Amaterasu's flames, and the chakra in the area, from ten kilometers away. However, the Byakugan cannot see through certain barriers, such as the Four Black Fog Battle Formation used by the Sound Four.

However, the third and one of the greatest uses of the Byakugan is the ability to see chakra, as well as the chakra circulation system inside another's body. It is from this particular ability that they are able to employ their ultimate attack style: Gentle Fist. Unlike the Strong Fist, which is focused on external injuries, the Gentle Fist style focuses on internal injuries. Each strike, when placed correctly, strikes along the Chakra Pathway System, which is the network of vessels that carry chakra. This network is closely intertwined with the functioning of the body's organs, and so, when the keirakukei take damage, the organs suffer as well. There is no defense against the Gentle Fist, since one cannot train one's internal organs to become stronger. The only possible defense is to stop the Gentle Fist's hits from connecting.

Particularly skilled users of the Byakugan, which appear only rarely, such as Neji Hyuga, can take the Gentle Fist style one step further. Along the keirakurei are 361 pinprick-sized nodes called Tenketsu, or chakra points. When struck, the Byakugan user can choose to either seal, or forcibly open these Tenketsu, thus giving the user complete control over their opponent's chakra system. So, with precision, all those points along the victim's body can be sealed, stopping the chakra flow to those areas. Neji Hyuga is the rare exception, having taught himself the ultimate Hyuga technique, Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms, along with Hinata Hyuga, who, while not able to do 64 palms like Neji, is able to do Eight Trigrams Thirty-Two Palms, a slightly weaker version of Neji's, albeit only in the anime. In his battle against Kidomaru, Neji attacked with Eight Trigrams One Hundred Twenty-Eight Palms. Able to strike without force, and yet do more damage to a ninja than some of the most powerful Ninjutsu, the Gentle Fist is the greatest Taijutsu style known in all of Konohagakure.
