Looking for potential Mods/Admins

Hayataro is looking for potential Moderators and Administrators to aid her with certain tasks around the forum. If you wish to apply post what makes you qualified to be 1 of the staff and what are you good at doing and so on.

I think ill be a good mod cause i respect alot of ppl and i love this forum and i been following the rules more then most people and im good at doing is keep everything organized^^ and i think ill be a good mod if given a chance...thank (Kina Fuuma)

i think I'd be a good mod/admin because I'd respect the restrictions that a mod/admin should not cross all the while enforcing the rules. one of my main reasons is patience, which many don't have, but i recognize the line between patience and being too nice. i will punish those that deserve it clearly showing i am not a push over and its nothing personal...I'll just be doing my job. as far as the site is concerned, including the looks and other things, i am pretty creative and thoughtful so i can update and redo the site to many liking. I'm pretty much respected already by most so i wouldn't have to 'mean' my way just to enforce something so gaining the position would just would help the site even in the least bit.

1) I was a mod.

2) A cbox mod.

3) I know what to do

4) I can be the dispute moderator. I can dispute all rp arguments if not on an agreement

5) I got a second chance from Konan before.

6) I don't break any rules. the only rule I would break is cursing or posting spoilers but that's just in the cbox

7) I know all the rules.

I am active. I'm on whenever I have free time unless I have plans.

9) I can help almost all the time.

10) When I'm bored I just help randomly. and I'm bored 95% of the time

11) I pitch ideas. Every day I thnk up of new ones but some will just fail.

I'll just apply for my mod. I don't think I need to be an admin.

I am a very skilled RPer,and I'm very familar with the rules.I'm very cooperative,and try my best to resolve and not start problems.I'm on this site alot,and have a long amount of experience as a Mod,or Admin.Still,what may be expected from me is still the best I can do.So for now,I'd like the chance to be a simple mod.

You have been chosen to become Mods. If you accept PM me a message saying you do so I can add you to the group. Also you will have to be active almost everyday around the clock.
Once we get more people for Mod/Admin we will come up with a time clock for you all so we don't have to be on all the time.

Just a note to those who were successful in making the mod/admin rank/status. Please don't think this as an easy job because all you see people doing is putting a "accepted" or "denied" on a profile. The moderator/admin job is a lot more serious than that. So before you even accept that position i want all of you to think about if your really committed to this job and not using this as a "power trip" so you can feel like your better than the other users on the site. Realize that you not only have to look at profiles but also the forum and watch over role plays from day to day to prevent god mod posts before they happen. That is your role as a moderator, not sit in the chatbox and act like others should respect you just because you approved their profile and did nothing else. That is all i have to say but realize that i will be keeping tabs on all of you and watching your progress and if i see that any of your or the current admin/mod staff is under preforming that i will report it to haya directly. And with that said i bid you a good day.

I think another one of these should be held into consideration. I would like to say as Mods-Admins our work needs to be divided up easily. We know 1 person can become over worked, busy if they are for 1 minute customizing forum-categorical areas, then reading over e1's profile, and providing minor assistance with users personally. This means updating their rank, ryo ( should get those cross-roads), putting them in the needed villages. 1 - 3 people is a good amount, but a loyal, trust-worthy staff team is always better, efficient. So I will speak with the webmaster to get her say so on yet building a new staff.

I spent most of my time reading other users profiles anyways. If you ever need someone to just look over profiles all day just say so.
