This is a flooded narrow alley way of a clan of rogues(NPC's). Whom are very territorial to their domain, will risk their life and aren't to be taken lightly have set up devices in which trespasser's (you) can't use B rank and higher jutsu here. They are experts in stealth, marksmen in crossbow accuracy. In a single whisper of a leaf whisping past, your blood may soon follow. You look to see the courier, whose nowhere in sight. The courier has taken off knowing these parts better than you he's vanished entirely. Before long iron fisted an arsenal of ninja flip, twist their way out of seemingly vacant homes to vanquish you in their wake. Once their fist simultaneously comes intact with the water; them bowing to you. While on all 4's one second, the next standing atop 2 mountains of water each blocking the exits, you ( /?) at the base of both soon to be crushed if you don't do something. This is just phase 1..

Phase 1 - Water Summit Advalanche ** Raise water level cutting of entrance and exit, then focus on crushing what's in between. -towering waters block out the sun so your in a dark basin at the bottom of the river- The boat resting on rocks after rocking on the last of the water.
Phase 2- Use the waters height to aim and snipe down at boat hailing flaming, explosive and poison tipped arrows while leaping over onto the rooftops. Fire, until either targets injured or out of ammo then its hand to combat- Some explosive kegs are inside the houses secretly apart of phase 3

Phase 3- Hand to hand combat amongst the rooftops. 30-60 ninja 15 on each side in defense formation above surround and prepare to attack from all angles. The 'Courier Ring Trap' is the name given to this strategy focuses on defensive attacks. You punch the simply sway and stab your inner elbow - Be smart or pay the price

Phase 4 -Flaming Tsunami, the kegs pierced earlier leaked feul and caused a bigger explosion destroying the foundation of the houses causing them to collapse as you take the upper hand or begin to lose whichever; the ninja will try in crush in the rubble and debris as the once risen watery pillars aim down with intense pressure to blow you out of the water so to speak. ~ Picture water cutting a hotel in half and then chasing you like a gigantic buzzsaw that suddenly catches ablaze. The building your on sinks and chunks of the place pop off all over ( scatter). Leaving you on a slanted rooftop adjacent to an abandoned bedroom.
