Bio Makkuro was named after the element he used because of the fact that it was unique. He was also given Kurai Shimo and began his training in the arts of ice Ninjutsu and Kenjutsu. As of now he is the only known Hitsugaya to use the element “Black Ice.” Through training he has been able to somewhat use his ice element to do some minor water control. When Makkuro finally joined the ninja academy he acted somewhat cold to the people around him so that he wouldn’t make any friends and he wouldn’t feel bad if he ever hurt them.

Kuro Kasumi is Ninjutsu technique used by Makkuro Hitsugaya and his black ice element. Makkuro will use the moister in the air to create a thick black mist, which can be used in a number of ways. Two of them being to either blind the opponent or it can also be used for Makkuro’s other jutsu.

Kuro Hari is Ninjutsu technique used by Makkuro Hitsugaya and his black ice element. Makkuro will use the moister in the air to surround his blade (Kurai Shimo) and he will then release all the moister and chakra in a swipe of his blade releasing a bunch of Black Senbon. If used after Kuro Kasumi the senbon can be controlled with Makkuro’s chakra.
