 | The Black Star Village is entirely made up of ninjas skilled and trained in the art of assassination. There are four main branches of the village, First being the Executive Militia. It is ranked the highest of the five branches in the division. Their responsibilities including punishment and assassination of ex-comrades who break the law and acting as scouts during battle against rouges. Second the Patrol Corps (警邏隊, keiratai). Their apparent job is to patrol the Village. In the event of those under house arrest escaping they also are tasked with finding and apprehending them. Externally they patrol the various lands and dimensions to combat dangerous Rouges and other enemies of the Ninja World. Third being the Detention Unit: The Detention Unit is responsible for the imprisonment and supervision of all criminals within the Village. They also have another duty known as Special Detention, which concerns those who joined Black Star but were judged to be a danger to their fellow Ninja. They investigate, apprehend, and keep these individuals sealed away from the rest of Ninja World within the Special Underground Detention Facility, aka. the Maggot's Nest. It should be noted that those few who are kept in the Maggots' Nest have not actually committed any crime but have been identified by the laws of Ninja World as "Dangerous Elements". This unit acts somewhat similar to a prison and mental rehabilitation center. And the last and final branch being the Reversal Counter Force (裏挺隊, riteitai; Secret Remote Squad, Correctional Force): This special unit sends information within the Village. Commonly seen relaying high priority orders and messages to Captains and lieutenants from the Captain-Commander (The Kuroisuta-Kage) and/or other Captains.

Waka Hyuuga  | | Hidden Leaf is one of the most powerful ninja villages in the world. The village was founded approximately 65 years ago when several ninja clans came together. These included the Senju Clan of the Forest, which included the brothers who would become First and Second Hokage and the Uchiha Clan under Uchiha Madara. In the beginning the gathered group was essentially a ninja unit; with the First's death his younger brother established the village infrastructure. By the end of the first Ninja World War, Konoha had grown and its citizenship diversified. Konoha has a strong tradition of protecting its own and the Kyuubi attack provided the best example. The villages Fourth Hokage gave his life by trapping the Kyuubi within Uzumaki Naruto. Later on the Third Hokage would also give his life in battle protecting the village. Over the years Konoha has gone to war with many of its neighboring countries, but new ties of alliance have been forged in recent years. Currently Konoha is allied with fellow Great Shinobi Country Sand, and lower shinobi countries Grass, Rain and Waterfall.

Ryuu Fuuma | | Hidden Moon is the most powerful shinobi village, made up of mostly supreme shinobi. This village was founded approximately 10 years ago by the Legendary Dragon Sage, Hayataro Senju. After being destroyed once, this village has risen up from the ash and dust, only to reform its greatness. This village is also known for the forging the path for great ninja. It is unknown if this village is allied with any others, but from other perspective they seem to be good terms with other shinobi villages.
